Minimum Hardware Requirements
- Microsoft Windows® 10, 7 or 8, XP, 2003, 2007 -
- 2 Gig RAM for Windows 7 or better - more is better
- 80 MB Harddisk space
- CD/DVD-ROM drive (optional if you have internet )
- Laser Printer with PCL5 - Recommended but not required
- Internet connectivity - for obtaining updates and filing electronic claims
- USB Port for Thumb drive backups
- Basic computer and Internet skills required
(Any current computer built after 2012 would meet these limits out of the box.)
Printer note: We do not recommend inkjet printers for applications that require much printing. These printers are expensive to run and best for printing colorful documents and photos not business reports. But we can use these printers if that is all you have.
