If you have any issues ICD-10 with regards to entering the new codes or errors when filing claims call (800) 326-4831 x 706.
Remember you can not file ICD-10 until your clearinghouse gives you the OK. Each will be different. All we know is the deadline is Oct 14, 2015.

Installing an UPDATE:
- Updates as easy as selecting a menu option: 5 - FastEMC Utilities > N - Check for Update to FastEMC
- This will pull any required updates from our web site and install them.
- This requires the Installation Password so keep that handy.
- To make sure you always have the best and most current version, please check the upgrade option once a week during this transition as we continue make improvements to the software.
