Premium Support gives you priority service which can be helpful if you have a tech onsite or have a critical issue that just cannot wait.
Our standard support is currently a queue system, where customers leave a message on our voicemail and we return calls (and emails) in the order they were received. Usually this is fine, but in an urgent situation, you may need support more quickly. Premium support will move you to the head of the queue. There will be a charge of $20/incident.
